Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.   VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  LIMITED QUANTITY, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.  PRODUCT GIVEAWAYS LIMITED TO THE FIRST FIFTY (50) TO RESPOND EACH DAY OF THE ONE WEEK PROMOTION.

1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:  As more specifically set forth in Section 3 below, for one week only, the first 50 eligible consumers each day of the week of the giveaway who register will receive a free pillow protector.  Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, register for your free pillow protector by entering your email address and contact information (including your mailing address) at the Aller-Ease website by visiting www.aller-ease.com and clicking on the Free Pillow Protector Giveaway link, or by going straight to the entry page at http://www.aller-ease.com/win-product.  No purchase required.  Purchases will not increase your chance of winning. Entries become the property of American Textile Company. ("American Textile Company," also referred to as "we" or "us").  We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time, at our sole discretion.

2. YOUR PRIVACY: We do not sell your email address to others. Entries are treated pursuant to these Rules and the non-conflicting provisions of our general Privacy Policy. See our general Privacy Policy at http://www.aller-ease.com/privacy-statement.  Please note that, in addition to our standard Privacy Policy, we may use your mailing address and other contact information to correspond with you regarding this promotion and to send winners their product giveaways.  We may also use anonymized, aggregated data regarding the city and state of registrants for our internal purposes.  Furthermore, when you enter this promotion, you will be asked whether you would like to receive further e-mails and special offers from us regarding Aller-Ease and/or American Textile products, services and offerings. If you indicate at the time of registration that you would like to receive such e-mails and special offers from us, we will use the contact information you provide accordingly.  Pursuant to our Privacy Policy, you may decide to opt-out of such emails related to this promotion at a later time.  Where permitted by law, winners grant to Sponsor, and those acting on Sponsor's behalf, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval.  Upon Sponsor's request, winners agree to confirm such grants in writing.

3. ELIGIBILITY; GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, 18 years of age or older on the date of entry [excluding Puerto Rico, United States territories and protectorates].  Each individual may only win once and only one winner per household.  Our employees and our corporate directors and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree that we and our directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents are not liable for any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including without limitation death or property damage, resulting from entry, participation, acceptance, redemption, use or misuse of prize. We are not responsible for typographical errors and for late, lost, undelivered, misdirected or incomplete entries. We are not responsible for problems with telephone lines, computer systems or equipment, failure of email, or problems with the Internet or your connection to it. If in our sole discretion we find actual or suspected tampering with the promotion, or automated entries, or technical difficulties that affect an entry or the promotion, we reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change the promotion. Hardware problems, software problems, network difficulties, or events beyond our control may affect the fairness of the promotion or our ability to conduct the promotion, in which case we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or change the promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Winners may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification.  Failure to timely return documents, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be not in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. By entering, all participants agree to these Official Rules, acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules (including all eligibility requirements) and agree that the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

4. HOW TO REGISTER:  Beginning 12:00am (Eastern Time) on March 30, 2009, visit www.aller-ease.com and follow the on-screen instructions to register.  The contest will begin at 12:00am (Eastern Time) on March 30, 2009 and will run through 11:59:59pm (Eastern Time) on April 5, 2009 (1 week only, the “Contest Period”).  Only the first 50 people to the site each day during the Contest Period will receive the free Aller-Ease pillow protector.  You must enter a valid email and mailing address and both must be your own.  Each individual may only win once and only one winner per household.  Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses and/or multiple identities nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to obtain more than one entry.  Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to obtain more than one entry may be disqualified.  Entering the same email address more than once does not increase your chance of winning.    Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons determined, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to have used any such methods will be disqualified.  In the event of a dispute in connection with the identity or eligibility of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form.  The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  If an eligible individual cannot be determined and verified in the manner described above, the entry will be disqualified as null and void and an alternate winner selected as set forth below.  

5. PRODUCTS GIVEN AWAY & APPROXIMATE VALUES:
Up to 50 products given away each day, up to a total of 350 products given away for the week of the promotion, with a total manufacturer's suggested price value of $3,496.50 ($9.99 each) available to be won. LIMITED QUANTITY, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.  PRODUCT GIVEAWAYS LIMITED TO THE FIRST FIFTY (50) TO RESPOND EACH DAY OF THE ONE WEEK PROMOTION.  Product giveaways not claimed for a given day of the promotion will not be awarded.  Taxes on product giveaways are the sole responsibility of winners.  All products given away are awarded “as is.”   Product giveaways are nontransferable and cannot be substituted, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.

6. WINNERS LIST: For the names of winners, visit www.aller-ease.com, beginning 5/4/2009 through 11/2/2009.

7. SPONSOR: American Textile Company, RIDC Riverplace, 10 North Linden Street, Duquesne, PA  15110.  We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time.

8.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ENTRY IN, AND PARTICIPATION, IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE AND IN THIS PROMOTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
